Owls roost is one of three barns built to the highest standard and finished in 2012. The barns are in a secluded walled garden with far reaching views across the countryside and to the sea.

The ground floor has an open plan lounge with settees TV, stereo, broadband and wifi access, and live web cam link to wildlife cameras around the farm. The kitchen has electric oven, grill, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The dining table is by the door leading to the shared courtyard.

On the first floor the landing leads to one double and one twin bedroom.
All the soft furnishings are co-ordinated throughout.

There is a parking area with two allocated parking spaces. There is a communal laundry facility, which has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The bed linen is changed on a weekly basis, towels are provided. All electric and central heating is included.

We do allow dogs by prior arrangement, and we regret only available to non-smokers.

A welcome pack will be provided at the beginning of your stay, which includes produce from our farm, or local farm producers.

Local amenities include village grocery shops, post office, fish and chip shop, 2 local pubs, restaurants and beach café's. There are 3 beaches within walking distance from the cottage also Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project are a short drive.

Access Statement

From the parking area there are 3 steps to a level area which leads to the front door which is disabled width. There is no step into the lounge and dining area which are level and have wooden flooring. There is a door from the open plan living area which leads to the stairs which are a straight flight.

At the top of the stairs there is a landing which leads to a family bathroom having a tiles floor, main double bedroom with wooden floor and a twin bedroom with wooden floor.
