 The Foxes Den is one of three barns built to the highest standard and finished in 2007. The barns are in a secluded walled garden with far reaching views across the countryside and to the sea. The ground floor has an open plan lounge with leather settees and electric log burner; TV, stereo, broadband and wi-fi access with live web cam link to wildlife camera’s around the farm. The kitchen has electric oven, grill, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The dinning table is below the galleried and vaulted stairwell. There is a double bedroom with built in wardrobe and dressing table and an en-suite shower room. On the first floor the gallery with it’s own feature window seat, leads to two further en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin. All the soft furnishings are co-ordinated throughout. There is a parking area with two allocated parking spaces. There is a communal laundry facility, which has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The bed linen is changed on a weekly basis, towels are provided. All electric and central heating is included. We do allow dogs by prior arrangement, and we regret only available to non-smokers. A welcome pack will be provided at the beginning of your stay, which includes produce from our farm, or local farm producers. Local amenities include village grocery shops, post office, fish and chip shop, 2 local pubs, restaurants and beach café’s. There are 3 beaches within walking distance from the cottage also Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project are a short drive. |
