This converted barn can be found amongst a hamlet of attractively converted farm buildings, at the end of a long private drive. It has far reaching views across our farm land and to the sea beyond.

The conversion has been carried out to retain as much original character whilst providing all the modern conveniences of life.

On the ground floor the open plan kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and grill, hob, fridge/ freezer and microwave. The open plan lounge with its high vaulted ceiling and exposed beams is furnished to a high standard creating a warm homely space. We provide digital flat screen TV with free view, DVD player, and free Superfast Broadband and 5G wifi. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table and French doors leading to a garden room. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet.

On the first floor there is a twin room with 2 single beds, wardrobe and a small chest of drawers. All furniture and soft furnishings are matching throughout.

The bed linen is changed on a weekly basis, towels are provided and all heating and electricity is included.

The footpath that runs through our farm links to the coastal footpath providing miles of walking with lovely beaches and secluded coves to explore. We welcome well behaved dogs so why not bring them along for a holiday too.

All of our cottages have private parking for 2 cars and exclusive use of the gardens, laundry facilities and the swim spa (there is a charge of £25 per week for the use of the swim spa).

We have a no smoking policy in all of our cottages.

Local amenities include village grocery shops, post office, fish and chip shop, 2 local pubs, restaurants and cafés. There are 3 beaches within walking distance from the cottage, with The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project just a short drive away.

Access Statement
From the parking area the ground slopes slightly towards the front door where there is a step at the threshold. On the ground floor the lounge and dining room are level with wooden flooring, the bathroom is off of this area which is level and tiled. The downstairs double bedroom is off of this are and is level with carpet, there is a pair of French doors out of this bedroom with one step down which leads to a garden room with vinyl flooring which leads to 2 double doors one step down to the outside decking area. The stairs ate four steps and a quarter landing and then 8 steps and another quarter landing which leads to a twin bedroom which is level and has wooden flooring.
