We have had a great summer with lots of nice people visiting us from all over the UK, Europe and over sea’s.

We hope that you all had a great time at one of our barns dances maybe or at Molly music or maybe having a meal in our Secret garden restaurant.

We are already starting to think of new things for 2011 so we hope you will come back and join us.

This year we are doing adult hot chocolate and for those of you who don’t know what I am talking about, it is hot chocolate with a shot of something in it. The most popular one at the moment is Cointreau closely followed by Rum. Can you resist trying it, I don’t think so.

I have been reading your comments and looking at your pictures, and they are fantastic. Thank you to you all, keep them coming.

 we had our first barn dance, it was the perfect evening, lots of yummy pork baps with lots of dancing. Can’t wait until the next one.

This year we had 2 buzzard chicks, and both have sucessfully left the nest. They are an awsome sight over the farm.

I have managed to arrange some Molly music sessions for the under 6 year olds this summer, they will have a great time with lots of different things to do.

One of our original cows has had her calf at last and it is a cracking bull calf. He has got a conker brown body, white face and a brown ring around each eye. He looks well hard.

The sea is looking very inviting today, it is crystal clear and sparkling. Wish you were here.

Today we were shearing our sheep, we had quite a good audience and hopefully every0ne learnt something about sheep.

One of our campers had taken 2 black fleeces  with them to get them spun and then get Grandma to knit a jumper, lucky kids.

We have found new cakes for this year so you can sample them from Whitson, there are still pitches so why not come along and treat your self to a cake and a Lavazza coffee.
